摘要
Abstract
The high-energy protons and heavy ions in the complex space environment can induce soft errors in FPGA devices, such as configuration upsets, logic lockups, and dynamic reconfiguration failures, and in severe cases, can lead to irreversible hard failures, including single-event gate rupture(SEGR)and single-event burnout(SEB),thereby resulting in system function interruptions and even mission failures. This paper proposes a general framework for risk management in aerospace applications under complex space environments.Taking FPGA devices as a case study, fault mode analysis and risk mitigation research were conducted, and the fault propagation paths under such environments were revealed.Furthermore,a risk control strategy covering the entire device-unit-satellite chain was established, encompassing device-level triple modular redundancy(TMR)hardening,unit-level dynamic reconfiguration mechanisms, and satellite-level multi-version backup loading technology.By integrating the closed-loop concept of precise pre-event prevention, rapid in-event response, and traceable post-event recovery into aerospace risk management,a unified theoretical model and replicable engineering paradigm were formed. This work provides theoretical and methodological support for long-life,high-reliability aerospace missions.关键词
