德宏州蔗糖产业发展现状与产糖率提升策略
Development Status and Sugar Yield Rate Promotion Strategies of the Sugar Industry in Dehong Prefecture

Abstract
This study aims to systematically identify the key factors constraining sugar recovery rates in Dehong Prefecture's sugarcane industry,thereby providing decision support for enhancing industrial quality and efficiency.To this end,a comprehensive analysis is conducted from the perspectives of cultivation,processing,and management,based on production statistics from the 2015/16-2025/26 crushing seasons and 453 field-tested samples of mechanically harvested sugarcane.The results reveal that the primary driver of the low sugar recovery rate is the increasing proportion of mechanically harvested cane,which exhibits high impurity levels and poor compatibility with the current phosphosulfitation process and aging equipment.Furthermore,additional sugar losses are exacerbated by the outward relocation of high-quality sugarcane planting areas,unstable cross-border raw material supplies,and inadequate whole-industry-chain oversight mechanisms.The study indicates that the fluctuation in sugar recovery rate results from the cumulative and interactive effects of weaknesses across cultivation,processing,and management.To effectively reduce sugar losses,it is essential to adopt an integrated strategy that stabilizes planting scale,optimizes varieties and infrastructure,upgrades process equipment,establishes unified impurity deduction standards and responsibility-sharing mechanisms,strengthens cross-border raw material coordination,and implements refined full-process management.These measures will facilitate the industry's transition from scale-driven expansion to quality and efficiency-oriented development,thereby supporting the sustainable growth of Dehong's sugar industry and the revitalization of rural areas.关键词
