Abstract
Objective To analyze the status of social support,self-efficacy and fatigue level in patients with chronic hepatitis B,as well as the correlation among the three variables.Methods Using convenience sampling,a total of 158 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the Department of Hepatology and Infectious Diseases at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from May to October 2025 were enrolled in this survey.Their current status and correlations were analyzed using the self-efficacy for managing chronic disease 6-item scale(SECD-6),social support rating scale(SSRS),and fatigue scale-14(FS-14).Results The total score of social support in patients with chronic hepatitis B was(30.21±6.94)points,at a moderate level.The total score of self-efficacy was(34.72±9.02)points,at a moderate level.The total score of fatigue level was(7.29±2.32)points,at a moderate level.There were statistically significant differences in fatigue level among patients with different medical expense payment methods and monthly incomes(P＜0.05).Social support was negatively correlated with fatigue level(r=-0.412,P＜0.01)and positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.532,P＜0.01).Self-efficacy was negatively correlated with fatigue level(r=-0.623,P＜0.0l).The results of the multivariate analysis indicated that social support(β=-0.581,B=-0.436,95％CI:-0.711--0.126),self-efficacy(β=-0.249,B=-0.312,95％CI:-0.437--0.198),residents' medical insurance(β=-2.254,B=-2.151,95％CI:-2.618--1.543),employee medical insurance(β=-2.136,B=-2.586,95％CI:-3.127--1.196),and monthly income(β=-0.450,B=-0.394,95％CI:-0.755--0.351)were factors influencing the level of fatigue(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medical expense payment methods,income,self-efficacy and social support are the influencing factors of fatigue in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Improving social support and self-efficacy,increasing the proportion of medical reimbursement and raising income can alleviate the fatigue level of patients with chronic hepatitis B.We should focus on constructing a social support system and implementing psychological and behavioral interventions centered on improving the self-efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis B,so as to relieve the fatigue of patients more effectively.关键词
