Abstract
Objective To analyze the free blood usage situation of voluntary blood donors in Ordos region from 2012 to 2024,and to provide real data support for the optimization of voluntary blood donation services and the improvement of management measures.Methods The free blood usage and reimbursement situations of voluntary blood donors in Ordos re-gion from 2012 to 2024 were collected,and the structure and region of the free blood usage population were analyzed.Re-sults From 2012 to 2024,the total blood donation volume in Ordos region was 346 070.35 U;The total free blood usage vol-ume was 2 345.32 U,with an average free blood usage rate of 0.68％;A total of 193 269 people donated blood voluntarily.The total number of cases for free blood usage reimbursement was 392;The average free amount per person was 1 495.03 yuan;The total number of cases of free blood usage by the donor was 122,and the total number of cases of free blood usage by immediate family members was 270.The average proportion of free blood usage by the donor was 31.12％.Among the free blood users,285 cases were located in the city,accounting for 72.7％,and 107 cases were located outside the city,account-ing for 27.3％.Conclusion From 2012 to 2024,the number of blood donors,blood donation volume,free blood usage vol-ume,and the number of reimbursement cases in Ordos region showed a steadily increasing trend year by year.At the same time,the proportion of free amount blood usage by the donor steadily decreased year by year.The free blood usage situation of voluntary blood donors is influenced by policy orientation,social factors,and publicity efforts.Further optimization of the service management of blood stations is still needed to effectively promote the"blood donation-blood use"positive development.关键词
