荆芥属DUS测试性状筛选与分级研究
Screening and Grading of DUS Testing Traits in Nepeta L.

Abstract
Thirty-three Nepeta germplasm accessions were collected nationwide.Among them,32 accessions with normal germination were selected as research materials.A total of 12 morphological traits of Nepeta germplasm were investigated and assigned phenotypic values.Phenotypic observation,least significant difference(LSD)grading,variation analysis,normality test,and cluster analysis were performed to screen 22 traits,and the screened quantitative traits were graded and classified.The results showed that a total of 20 suitable traits for DUS testing were screened for Nepeta,including 1 qualitative trait,4 pseudo-qualitative traits,and 15 quantitative traits(among which 6 were measured quantitative traits).Twelve morphological traits exhibited rich variations and could effectively distinguish varieties.Interspecific genetic variation of quantitative traits was large,and some traits showed high coefficients of variation and poor uniformity within germplasm accessions.There were positive correlations among petiole length,leaf length,and leaf width.The six quantitative traits could be rated into 3 to 7 grades.This study established a basic description specification for phenotypic traits of Nepeta germplasm resources,laying a solid foundation for the development of DUS test guidelines for Nepeta.关键词
