Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing teaching method based on the OTPU(objec-tive-task-preparation-application)model in the clinical humanistic nursing teaching for nursing students in the cardiovascular medicine department.Methods A total of 82 nursing interns who were on internship at the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Wuming Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The 41 nursing students who were on internship from July 2023 to June 2024 were set as the control group,and the 41 nursing students who were on internship from July 2024 to June 2025 were set as the intervention group.The control group implemented the traditional humanistic nursing teaching model,while the intervention group implemented the narrative nursing teaching method based on the OTPU model on the basis of the control group.The empathy ability,hu-manistic care ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results Before inter-vention,there were no statistically significant differences in the empathy level and humanistic care ability scores between the two groups of nursing students(P＞0.05).After intervention,the empathy scale score,total score of humanistic care ability and teaching satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The narrative nursing teaching method based on the OTPU model can effec-tively improve the humanistic care ability,empathy level and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the cardiovascular medicine department,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
