医疗失效模式与效应分析模式护理在肛肠疾病中的应用效果
Application effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis nursing model in anorectal diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)nursing model in patients with anorectal diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with anorectal diseases admitted to Yangxi Gen-eral Hospital People's Hospital from January 2014 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received HFMEA nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,postoperative recovery time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,postoperative complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time for red swelling to subside,disappear-ance of purulent secretion,wound healing time,disappearance of hematochezia,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The VAS score at 72 hours after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing anorectal surgery,adopting the HFMEA nursing model during the perioperative period can effectively improve the surgical outcome,shorten the postoperative recovery time,alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the complication rate,and increase nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
