白噪音对极低出生体重儿的影响及研究
Impact and research of white noise on extremely low birth weight infants
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of white noise on extremely low birth weight infants.Methods A total of 80 ex-tremely low birth weight infants admitted to Xiaolan Clinical Institute of Shantou University Medical College(Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan)from July 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received white noise intervention in addition to the control group.The pain conditions,feeding and hospitalization situations,and growth and development of the two groups of infants were compared.Results The neonatal infant pain scale(NIPS)score immediately after the painful operation in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time to achieve full enteral feeding,the time to regain birth weight,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The weight,head circumference,and height of the infants in the observation group at 4 weeks after birth were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing white noise intervention in extremely low birth weight infants can effectively alleviate pain stimulation,promote smooth feeding,shorten hospitalization time,and thereby achieve the effect of promoting their growth and development.关键词
