柴胡桂枝干姜汤在慢性呼吸系统疾病诊治中的研究现状
Research status of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases
摘要
Abstract
Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is derived from Xiao Chaihu Decoction through modification and addition.It has the effects of clearing away the heat in the Shaoyang meridian,transforming dampness,and harmonizing the meridians.It has been recorded in the clinical cases of many traditional Chinese medical practitioners throughout history.In modern clin-ical practice,this formula is widely used to treat various internal diseases,and its treatment scope is continuously expanding.Chronic respiratory system diseases can cause symptoms such as breathing difficulties,fatigue,anxiety,depression,and re-duce the quality of life of patients.At the same time,they bring varying degrees of economic pressure to society,individuals,and families.This article retrieves Chinese literature on the treatment of various chronic respiratory system diseases with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction from the Chinese Knowledge Network database in recent years,summarizes its application status in clinical practice,and integrates and sorts out the related research on its mechanism of action,in order to provide a basis and assistance for further in-depth clarification of its therapeutic mechanism and clinical application of the disease.关键词
