机器人辅助手术患者围手术期真实体验与需求的质性Meta整合
Perioperative real experiences and needs of patients undergoing robot-assisted surgery:a qualitative Meta-synthesis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate and synthesize the perioperative real experiences and needs of patients undergoing robot-assisted surgery(RAS),so as to provide evidence for the subsequent formulation of targeted interventions.Methods:A computer-based search was conducted in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,PsycNET,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and SinoMed from database inception to May 2025.The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)2016 Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research,and evidence synthesis was performed.Results:After systematic screening,16 studies were finally included.Through thematic analysis,55 distinct findings were extracted and integrated into 12 categories,which were further condensed into 4 synthesized findings:patients'acceptance of RAS;perceived benefits of RAS;multiple challenges faced by RAS patients;and patients'needs and expectations.Conclusion:During the perioperative period,healthcare professionals should pay attention to the multiple challenges faced by patients undergoing RAS,maintain and strengthen their perceived benefits,and meet their multidimensional and diverse needs and expectations,thereby helping patients enhance their confidence in surgical treatment,accelerate physical functional recovery and improve quality of life.关键词
