产教融合纽带下三教协同与终身学习体系构建的实践路径
Practical Paths for the Construction of the Tri-Education Collaboration and Lifelong Learning System Under the Link of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract
Based on the background of building a leading country in education and the strategy of full revitalization of northeast China,this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as an example to systematically analyze the internal correlation and practical paths of industry-education integration,tri-education collaboration and the lifelong learning system.The study finds that Heilongjiang Province has formed a foundation for industry-education integration featuring platform-based layout,institutional innovation and tangible effects.Through measures such as the establishment of 15 municipal(county)industry-education consortia,37 industrial communities and the dynamic adjustment of majors,the province has achieved the educational effect of training more than 13,000 industrial workers and over 8,000 enterprise employees annually,and constructed a connection framework where industrial standards guide the division of labor in tri-education and resource openness supports lifelong learning.However,practical challenges remain,including an imperfect coordination mechanism,unbalanced resource sharing,poor connection of achievement recognition,and insufficient digital and intelligent empowerment.To address these issues,this paper proposes an optimization system featuring the collaborative promotion of the government,industry and education sectors,the dual-driven improvement of balanced resource allocation and digital-intelligent empowerment,and the multi-dimensional guarantee of government policy,fund investment and talent support.This research provides a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for regions to advance educational collaboration and improve the lifelong learning system by relying on industry-education integration.关键词
