Abstract
Promoting the deep integration of the innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain,and talent chain(hereinafter referred to as the"four chains"),represents a critical pathway and lever for science and technology parks to support the construction of a modern industrial system and cultivate new quality productive forces.As the operational logic of these parks evolves from merely providing physical space to comprehensive ecosystem operation,their roles in orchestrating innovation resources,cultivating industrial ecosystems,and empowering enterprise growth have become increasingly prominent.Building on existing research,this paper aims to further enrich the investigation of micro-level processes in ecosystem operations of science and technology parks,particularly by analyzing the characteristics of resource integration and public services in state-owned parks that combine public service functions,industrial guidance,and market-oriented management.The case study focuses on Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Core Park,which has developed distinct features of ecosystem operation through practical development efforts.First,it delineates the intrinsic linkage between ecosystem operation and four-chain integration.It then examines the park's concrete practices that facilitate the coupling of technological,industrial,capital,and talent elements,which encompass innovation incubation,platform development,scenario opening,ecosystem building,technology finance services,and talent community operations.Results indicate that ecosystem operation effectively reduces collaboration and transformation costs among innovation actors,enabling science and technology parks to upgrade from simple enterprise agglomeration platforms to organized innovation ecosystem platforms.To further advance four-chain integration,science and technology parks should strengthen source innovation supply,accelerate achievement transformation and commercialization,provide sustained long-term capital support,and cultivate interdisciplinary talent.关键词
