两种重力式热管的换热特性
Heat transfer characteristics of two types of gravity heat pipes
摘要
Abstract
Heat pipes are highly efficient heat transfer components and are widely used in various applications due to their simple structure and excellent heat transfer performance. Two types of heat pipes made of different materials were designed, and the influence of different flow rates on the heat transfer performance of the two heat pipes was studied when the filling rate of the refrigerant R134a was 15%-35%.The results show that as the filling rate increases, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat pipe first increases and then decreases. When the filling rate is 30%,the heat transfer coefficients of the aluminum heat pipe and the stainless steel heat pipe reach their peaks, which are 17.25 and 12.06 W/(m2·K),respectively.As the cold water flow rate increases from 0.3 m3/h to 2 m3/h,the power of the heat pipe shows an upward trend. The ratio of the heat transfer coefficients of the aluminum heat pipe to the stainless steel heat pipe was defined. When the filling rate is 35%,the heat transfer coefficient of the aluminum heat pipe relative to the stainless steel heat pipe reaches its maximum.Under the same working conditions, the power of the aluminum heat pipe is 35.58%higher than that of the stainless steel heat pipe, and the thermal resistance of the aluminum heat pipe is generally lower than that of the stainless steel heat pipe, both reach their minimum values when the filling rate is 30%.The heat pipes were evaluated using the Weber number, indicating that the stainless steel heat pipe is more stable than the aluminum heat pipe.关键词
