儿童腺病毒感染后发生心肌损害的危险因素
Risk factors for myocardial damage in children with adenovirus infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate risk factors for myocardial damage in children with adenovirus infection.Methods This retrospective study included 357 children with adenovirus infection,who were divided into the myocardial damage group(n=103)and the non-myocardial damage group(n=254).The risk factors for myocardial damage in children with ade-novirns infection were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis showed significant differences between groups in age,disease duration,severity,abnormal electrocardiogram,and multiple laboratory parameters(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis identi-fied prolonged disease duration,abnormal electrocardiogram,elevated C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and malondialdehyde as independent risk factors,and elevated superoxide dismutase as a protective factor(P＜0.05).Conclusion Inflammation and oxidative stress imbalance are key mechanisms in pediatric adenovirus-related myocardial damage.关键词
