基于文献计量学分析我国下肢静脉曲张护理研究热点与趋势
Bibliometric analysis of nursing research hotspots and trends in lower ex-tremity varicose veins in China

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots,and evolving trends in the field of nursing care for lower ex-tremity varicose veins in China over the past decade,and to provide references for relevant nursing practice and research.Methods Based on bibliometric methods,literature related to nursing care for lower extremity varicose veins published in the China national knowledge infrastructure database from January 1,2015 to December 31,2025 were retrieved.Visualized analysis was performed using CiteSpace(version 6.4R1)software.Results A total of 491 publications were included.The annual number of publications increased steadily from 2015,reached a peak in 2019,and subsequently demonstrated a gradual decline.The research hotspots have gradually shifted from early focuses such as postoperative care,prevention,treatment efficacy,laser therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine nursing,toward quality of life,coagulation function,and complication management.Author and institutional collaborations were relatively fragmented,and cross-regional academic exchanges require further strengthening.Conclusions Nursing research on lower extremity varicose veins in China has achieved a measurable scale and exhibits a stage-wise evolution of thematic priorities.Future efforts should prioritize methodological innovation,strengthened interinstitutional collaboration,and expanded research scope and depth to promote sustained advancement in the field and to enhance the quality of clinical nursing care.关键词
