基于成果导向教育理论的精神医学人才培养与评价体系改革研究
Integrating outcome-based education into the reform of talent cultivation and evaluation systems in psychiatry

Abstract
Psychiatry is a clinical discipline that studies the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment and prevention of mental diseases.It is an important tool to maintain people's mental health.This study addresses the critical challenge of the substantial gap between the growing demand for mental health services and the severe shortage of qualified professionals.It argues that the prevailing educational paradigm is inadequate for cultivating the competencies required by modern medical standards.To resolve this issue,this study proposes the adoption of the outcome-based education(OBE)framework to guide a systematic,backward-designed reconstruction of the training system.The core argument is structured around an integrated reform of the curriculum,clinical practice,and evaluation system-all aligned with the goal of develop-ing core workplace competencies in graduates.Specifically,curricular reform emphasizes structural optimization and pedagogical innovation;clinical training reform focuses on situated learning and tiered skill development;and assessment reform aims to establish a new system that effectively integrates formative and summative evaluations.Through this systematic discussion,the study seeks to provide a theoretical framework and practical pathway for constructing a student-centered,outcome-oriented,and sustainably improvable new model in psychiatric education.关键词
