全人全程整合照护模式在冠心病患者护理中的应用效果
Application effect of whole person continuous comprehensive care model in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of whole person continous comprehensive care model in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the conventional group(44 cases)and the comprehensive care group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional group received conventional coronary heart disease care,while the comprehensive care group adopted the whole person continuous comprehensive care model.The nursing period for both groups was 3 weeks.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),medication adherence scale(MAS),coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale(CSMS),seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),and the major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)with 3 months after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension and the total score of CD-RISC for patients in the comprehensive care group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension and the total score of MAS for patients in the comprehensive care group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension and the total score of CSMS for patients in the comprehensive care group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension and the to-tal score of SAQ for patients in the comprehensive care group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of MACE in the comprehensive care group at 3 months af-ter prognosis was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion The whole person continuous comprehensive care model can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with coronary heart disease,enhance their medication compliance,self-management ability and quality of life,and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.关键词
