当归芍药散对肾病综合征血瘀型患儿疗效及血管内皮功能保护作用观察
Observation on the Curative Effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散)and Its Protective Effect on Vascular Endothelial Function in Children with Blood Stasis Type Nephrotic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散)in the treatment of children with blood stasis type nephrotic syndrome and its protective effect on the children's vascular endothelial function.Methods A total of 66 children with blood stasis type nephrotic syndrome admitted to the pediatric ward of Heilongjiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2025 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the regimen of conventional therapy+hormone+Chinese patent drugs[Huaiqihuang Granules(槐杞黄颗粒)],while the observation group was administered the regimen of conventional therapy+hormone+Danggui Shaoyao Powder,with a 4-week treatment course for both groups.The changes in TCM syndrome scores,urine protein negative conversion time,and vascular endothelial injury-related indicators(VEGF,sVEGFR2,ET-1,PAF,TPS,FPS)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in TCM primary syndrome scores,secondary syndrome scores,total scores and all vascular endothelial injury-related indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above-mentioned syndrome scores of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The urine protein negative conversion time of the observation group was(7.33±1.49)days,which was significantly shorter than(10.52±1.60)days of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all vascular endothelial injury-related indicators of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment except for PAF in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the reduction ranges of VEGF,ET-1 and PAF and the increase ranges of sVEGFR2,TPS and FPS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with hormone in the treatment of children with blood stasis type nephrotic syndrome can significantly improve TCM syndromes,shorten the urine protein negative conversion time and effectively protect vascular endothelial function.关键词
