中药药对治疗泌尿系结石研究
Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Herb Pairs in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi

Abstract
Urinary calculi is a common disease in urology.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is classified into the categories of"Shilin"and"Shalin".Its high recurrence rate,potential renal function damage,and association with systemic metabolic abnormalities pose challenges to clinical treatment.Western medicine,including surgical intervention and conservative drug therapy,has certain limitations.In contrast,TCM,characterized by holistic regulation and syndrome differentiation-based treatment,demonstrates unique value in improving stone expulsion efficiency and reducing recurrence rate.As a core link between single herbs and compound prescriptions,TCM herb pairs achieve synergistic effects through precise compatibility.This article elaborates on the application value of Chinese herbal pairs in the treatment of urolithiasis,focusing on the compatibility rules,pharmacological mechanisms,and clinical effects of four classic herbal pairs:Jinqiancao(Lysimachiae Herba)-Haijinsha(Lygodii Spora)for clearing heat and promoting diuresis;Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)-Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)for removing blood stasis and relieving stranguria;Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)-Sanleng(Sparganii Rhizoma)for breaking blood and promoting qi circulation;and Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Fuling(Poria)for supplementing Qi and strengthening the spleen.For each pair,their compatibility rules,pharmacological mechanisms of action,and clinical application effects are analyzed in detail.Studies have shown that these herb pairs exert therapeutic effects through multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms,including anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,regulation of aquaporin expression,urine acidification,reduction of urinary Ca2+excretion,alleviation of renal tubular epithelial injury,and protection of renal function.Clinically,they can effectively improve symptoms such as hematuria and pain,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and lower the recurrence rate.By summarizing the efficacy,pharmacological effects,and clinical evidence of these herb pairs,this article provides a theoretical basis and clinical reference for TCM treatment of urinary calculi,which is conducive to giving full play to the characteristic advantages of TCM in the prevention and treatment of urinary calculi.Meanwhile,it points out the deficiencies in current research,such as the insufficient elaboration of the mechanisms of active ingredients and the lack of multi-center,large-sample clinical trials,so as to provide ideas for future research directions.关键词
