Research progress on the effect of oral mesenchymal stem cells on skin injury repair and regeneration
摘要
Abstract
The functional repair of skin injury remains a significant challenge in the clinic.Conventional treatments,such as skin grafting and wound dressings,often fail to achieve functional regeneration.In recent years,stem cell-based therapies have emerged as a promising strategy in this field.Among them,oral mesenchymal stem cells(OMSCs)have attracted considerable attention due to their unique advantages,including easy accessibility,multilineage differentiation capacity,and scarless regenerative potential.These properties make OMSCs a highly promising cell source for skin wound repair.This review summarizes recent advances in the distinctive advantages,underlying mechanisms,and the therapeutic potential of OMSCs in skin injury repair.关键词
