桃仁-红花药对药理作用及临床应用研究
Research on Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Applications of the Taoren(Persicae Semen)-Honghua(Carthami Flos)Herb Pair

Abstract
Taoren(Persicae Semen)and Honghua(Carthami Flos)are classic medicinal pairs for the clinical treatment of blood syndromes.The two have complementary clinical uses.They return to the heart and liver meridian and have the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.They are the core components of classic blood-activating prescriptions such as Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤).In terms of active ingredients,Taoren(Persicae Semen)contain fatty acids and amygdalin as the core,while Honghua(Carthami Flos)contains hydroxysafflor yellow A and other characteristic ingredients.Decoction of the two can produce a unique lipophilic phase and improve its oral bioavailability.Pharmacological studies have shown that the core effect of this drug is anticoagulation and antithrombosis,which can exert effects by inhibiting platelet activation and improving blood rheology indicators.It also has anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering,and anti-tumor effects,involving the regulation of multiple signaling pathways.In terms of clinical application,the drug is widely used for cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,gynecological,orthopedic,renal,endocrine,skin and other multi-system blood stasis-related diseases,such as coronary heart disease,ischemic stroke,dysmenorrhea,deep vein thrombosis after fracture,chronic kidney disease,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,vitiligo,etc.,and the combined use is more effective than a single drug.Taoren(Persicae Semen)-Honghua(Carthami Flos)herb pair is widely used in clinical applications,with obvious curative effect and high safety.Therefore,the author summarizes the relevant research literature in recent years and reviews its research status from the perspectives of the composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application of the medicinal pair,so as to provide reference for its wider clinical application.关键词
