苦参类中成药药理作用及临床应用研究
Study on Pharmacological Action and Clinical Application of Kushen-based Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines and Simple Preparations

Abstract
Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix)is the dried root of Sophora flavescens Aiton of the legume family,and its dried root is listed as a legal medicinal material in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 edition).It has the effects of clearing heat,drying dampness,killing insects,and promoting urination,and is mainly distributed in Shanxi,Henan,Hubei,and Hebei provinces.In recent years,modern chemical research on Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix)has shown that its main active ingredients include alkaloids,flavonoids,and essential oils.Based on its well-defined chemical composition and material foundation,Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix)has been developed into various dosage forms of Chinese patent medicine.Modern pharmacological research shows that Kushen-based traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations have various pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and anti-tumour actions.Kushen-based traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations are widely used in clinical practice.Depending on different administration routes and treatment needs,they are mainly divided into oral and topical types.They are often used to treat ulcerative colitis,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,vaginitis,acne,and as adjuvant therapy for tumours,with relatively high safety and minimal toxic side effects.This article summarises and collects recent literature on Kushen-based traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,exploring their chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical applications,with the hope of providing a theoretical basis for further research on Kushen-based traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations.关键词
