葛根芩连汤治疗胰腺炎中西医理论基础探析
Analysis of the Theoretical Basis of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pancreatitis with Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤)

Abstract
As a classic prescription from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤,GQD)possesses the effects of clearing heat,resolving dampness,elevating lucid Yang,and descending turbid Yin.In clinical practice,GQD has been applied in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases and has shown certain therapeutic effects.Modern medical studies have confirmed that the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment model can significantly improve the cure rate and survival rate of patients with pancreatitis.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,this article sorts out the TCM disease name category,pathogenesis and pathological mechanism of pancreatitis,and analyzes the compatibility rules,efficacy characteristics of GQD as well as its adaptability to the pathogenesis of pancreatitis.Combined with modern pharmacological research,this article summarizes the therapeutic mechanism of GQD for pancreatitis,explores its TCM and Western medicine theoretical basis,and provides a basis for its clinical application.The results show that at the theoretical level of TCM,the efficacy of GQD is consistent with the basic pathogenesis of pancreatitis,which is"accumulation of dampness-heat and obstruction of Fu-viscera Qi".Relying on the mechanism of clearing heat,resolving dampness,elevating lucid Yang and descending turbid Yin,GQD can treat pancreatitis according to the pathogenesis,thereby interfering with the pathological process of the disease.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that GQD exerts its effects through multiple targets,such as inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis,regulating the balance of inflammatory factors,improving pancreatic exocrine function,protecting the intestinal barrier,and regulating the intestinal microenvironment.GQD has a certain theoretical basis of TCM and Western medicine for the treatment of pancreatitis.The adaptability between its efficacy and the pathogenesis of pancreatitis,as well as its multi-target mechanism of action,provide theoretical support and practical guidance for its clinical application.关键词
