桃红四物汤治疗缺血性脑卒中机制研究
Study on the Mechanism of Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Ischemic stroke mainly refers to a type of cerebrovascular disease where the local brain tissue suffers from ischemia and hypoxia due to acute occlusion or severe stenosis of the blood supply arteries in the brain,leading to the necrosis of nerve cells.Its pathogenesis is extremely complex,with a prolonged and difficult-to-recover condition,high recurrence rate,disability rate,and mortality rate,causing heavy psychological burdens and economic pressure on individuals and families.Currently,the treatment methods for ischemic stroke are constantly expanding and optimizing,but still have disadvantages such as obvious adverse reactions,short treatment time window,and numerous sequelae.A large number of studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment for this disease has significant advantages.Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)was first recorded in Medical Canon of the Master of Medicine,and it has the characteristics of nourishing blood without leaving stasis and activating blood without harming the body.Studies have shown that Taohong Siwu Decoction can produce anti-ischemic stroke effects by reducing inflammatory responses,anti-oxidative stress,inhibiting cell apoptosis,regulating autophagy function,repairing damaged nerves,and improving blood circulation,and the effects of the compound formula are consistent with those of single drugs.Therefore,this article reviews the Taohong Siwu Decoction formula,as well as the single herbs of Taoren(Persicae Semen),Honghua(Carthami Flos),Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix Recens),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)for the treatment of ischemic stroke,in order to provide directions and ideas for future research on the treatment of ischemic stroke with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
