Abstract
Based on time-series data acquired from pressure recorders,this paper proposes a quantitative health assessment method for pressure regulators that integrates time-series features.The method encom-passes time segment analysis,coefficient of variation calculation,static performance evaluation,detection of switching events between primary and standby regula-tors,degradation trend analysis,and development of a comprehensive scoring model.It enables the identifica-tion of various potential operational faults in pressure regulators and quantitative evaluation of their health status.This method has been applied to the operation,maintenance,and servicing of over 1,200 pressure regulators and achieved remarkable results,demon-strating strong potential for broader deployment.关键词
