Determination of Multiple Pesticide Residues in Dried Vegetables by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
To address the potential risks caused by pesticide residues in dried vegetables,this study established a multi-pesticide residue detection method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology.Aiming at the characteristics of complex matrix and numerous interfering substances in dried vegetables,through optimizing the pretreatment process and instrumental analysis conditions,the efficient screening and quantitative analysis of 8 kinds of pesticides such as pyrethroids were achieved.The methodological validation showed that the target pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 5～200 μg/L(r≥0.999 3).The limits of detection for various pesticides ranged from 0.12 μg/L to 1.35 μg/L,and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.40 μg/L to 4.50 μg/L.This method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and can provide reliable technical support for the supervision of pesticide residues and the quality control of dried vegetables.关键词
