农户生活垃圾分类治理参与"意愿—行为"转化机制研究
The Household Waste Sorting Governance and Farmers'Willingness-Behavior Transformational Mechanism:A Full-Chain Perspective
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to examine the transformational mechanism between farmers'will-ingness and behavior in participating in household waste sorting governance,and to provide references for promoting the long-term operation of the rural waste governance chain and the localized treatment and utilization of waste.[Method]Using a Structural Equation Model(SEM),this study empirically ana-lyzes the factors influencing determinants of farmers'willingness and behavior regarding household waste sorting governance.[Result]① Farmers show a strong preference on participating in the front-end stage of the household waste sorting governance chain,and a substantial gap is is observed between their willingness of participatio and their actual behavior.② Behavioral attitudes and subjective norms signifi-cantly enhanced farmers'participation willingness,and further transfer to active behavior through willing-ness.③ Environment and individual situational factors directly promote farmers'participation behavior and also indirectly promote participation behavior through willingness.④ Social sentiment and rationality facilitate the transformation of farmers'willingness into actual participation behavior.[Conclusion]Ef-forts should be made to promote farmers'participation in household waste sorting governance via a full-chain perspective.It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education as well as establish a governance mechanism integrating both sentiment and rationality to facilitate farmers'integration into the household waste sorting governance chain.关键词
