Theoretical Logic and Implementation Path of Enhancing Endogenous Development Momentum in Poverty Alleviation Areas Through Cooperation Between the East and the West:Taking Guangdong and Guizhou Cooperation Association as an Example

Abstract
[Objective]The East-West cooperation is an important institutional arrangement to achieve regional coordinated development and accelerate the process of common prosperity.It is a practical ques-tion worthy of study more to analyzeon how to further enhance the endogenous development momentum of poverty alleviation areas through East-West collaboration.[Method]Based on the theoretical paradigm of"historical traceability-case presentation-mechanism analysis-realization path",this paper analyzes the theoretical logic and realization path realization the cooperation between the eastern and western area to enhance the endogenous development power of poverty alleviation areas.[Result]The collaboration between the east and the west areas has gone through five stages:start-up deployment,adjustment and enrichment,deepening and improvement,poverty alleviation,and rural revitalization.The collaboration mechanism has been continuously improved,which has an important role in promoting the development of poverty alleviation areas.[Conclusion]The cooperation between Guangdong and Guizhou has achieved remarkable achievements in industrial cooperation,labor cooperation and consumption coopera-tion.The theoretical logic of the cooperation between the east east and the west areas to enhance the en-dogenous development power of poverty-stricken alleviation areas includes three aspects:institutional logic,economic logic and social logic.The endogenous development power of poverty alleviation areas should be further enhanced from four aspects:resource complementary and industrial upgrading,labor cooperation and skill improvement,market expansion and brand building,policy coordination and mechanism innovation.关键词
