Abstract
As a key technical support for green agriculture,green biopesticides play an irreplaceable role in reducing reliance on chemical pesticides,protecting the ecological environment,and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on big data analysis of patents,this paper reviews the current situation of biopesticides patent development globally and in China,summarizes policy support and service measures provided by the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA)for green patents,and analyzes in depth the existing problems of green biopesticides in terms of technological innovation,patent protection,and commercialization of research outcomes.Finally,targeted suggestions are put forward from two perspectives:the optimization of patent application quality and the improvement of the examination mechanism,aiming to provide a reference for promoting green technological innovation and industrial application of biopesticides and facilitating the sustainable development of green agriculture.关键词
