Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the active ingredients in 200 g/L pydiflumetofen and difenoconazole suspension concentrate(SC).Separation and quantitative analysis of pydiflumetofen and difenoconazole in the samples were achieved using an XBridge BEH C18 column with an acetonitrile-water mixture(70∶30,v/v)as the mobile phase,at a detection wavelength of 230 nm.The results showed good linearity in the range of 0.1～500.0 mg/L,with correlation coefficients(R²)of 1.00 for both analytes.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=5)were 0.94%and 0.08%,respectively.The average recoveries for pydiflumetofen and difenoconazole,spiked at 3.45 mg and 5.75 mg,were 101.81%and 99.60%,respectively.The detection limits for both compounds were 0.1 mg/L.关键词
