中医医院医共体建设中精准护理帮扶对乡镇卫生院护理发展新模式的系统构建与实效研究
Systematic construction and effectiveness research of a new model for nursing development in township health centers through precise nursing assistance within the medical consortium of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

Abstract
Objective To explore a practical model of targeted nursing assistance provided by a county-level traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospital to township health centers within a compact county medical community(CCMC),and to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing primary-level nursing service capacity.Methods A total of 60 nursing staff from 14 township health centers within the CCMC of Jiang'an County were enrolled as study subjects.A 12-month targeted nursing assistance intervention was implemented,encompassing five dimensions:(1)flexible deployment of senior nursing staff;(2)standardized technical training with TCM characteristic reinforcement;(3)co-construction of nursing management systems;(4)patient-centered service culture cultivation;(5)data-driven supervision and feedback.Nursing management quality,core competencies,job satisfaction,patient satisfaction,and nursing adverse events were assessed before and after the intervention.Results Post-intervention,the total score of nursing management quality increased from(60.42±8.23)to(86.72±5.14)(P<0.001).The total score of core nursing competencies rose from(56.82±1.49)to(221.96±10.18)(P<0.001).Nurse job satisfaction improved from(67.83±6.68)to(114.28±6.99)(P<0.001).Patient overall satisfaction increased from(35.53±2.85)to(71.75±3.12)(P<0.001).The incidence rate of nursing adverse events decreased from 15.00%to 1.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing assistance model within the CCMC framework effectively enhances nursing management quality and professional competencies in township health centers,significantly improves patient safety and satisfaction,and leverages the clinical advantages of TCM nursing,providing a replicable pathway for primary-level nursing capacity building.关键词
