黄连及其复方治疗慢性胃炎的药理作用机制及临床应用研究进展

Abstract
Chronic gastritis(CG)is a chronic inflammatory disease of the gastric mucosa triggered by multiple factors,predominantly Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Clinical symptoms are often subtle and recurrent;without timely intervention,it may lead to mucosal damage,atrophy,and even elevate gastric cancer risk.Current Western treatments mainly include proton pump inhibitors and H2 receptor antagonists,yet their efficacy is limited and frequently accompanied by adverse effects.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers unique advantages in CG management,particularly through Coptidis Rhizoma and its compound formulations,which act via multiple targets and synergistic pathways.This review summarises current understandings of CG from both Western medicine and TCM perspectives.The pharmacological mechanisms and clinical applications of active components in Coptidis Rhizoma,classical herbal pairs,compound formulations,and acupuncture-herbal combinations are discussed.These approaches significantly alleviate CG-related symptoms by regulating the immune microenvironment of the gastric mucosa,inhibiting inflammatory responses,and promoting mucosal repair.Given their high safety profile,these methods warrant clinical promotion and application,providing more reliable TCM strategies for CG treatment.关键词
