荥经县生态资产价值评估及转化路径研究
Study on Value Evaluation and Transformation Path of Ecological Assets in Yingjing County
摘要
Abstract
Ecological asset valuation provides a scientific statistical approach to attaching a"price tag"to lucidwaters and lush mountains,transforming the priceless functions of ecosystems into monetized assessments and rendering"ecological accounts"calculable.This enables a more intuitive understanding of ecosystem value and ecological capital stocks.Based on the Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)accounting framework,a technical route of"ecosystem service classification-physical quantity accounting-value quantity conversion-structural and transformation analysis"was constructed in this paper.By integrating remote sensing,meteorological,statistical,and sectoral data,a county-level ecological asset valuation system was established,encompassing 12 indicators across three major categories:product supply,regulating services,and cultural services.Using methods such as the market value method,replacement cost method,shadow project method,and travel cost method,the physical quantities and monetary values of ecosystem services in Yingjing County in 2023 were systematically accounted and the structural characteristics and value realization attributes of different types of ecosystem services were analyzed in this study.The results showed that the total ecological asset value of Yingjing County in 2023 was RMB 61.41 billion,of which regulating services accounted for 86.02％,material product supply for 6.75％,and cultural services for 7.23％.The dominance of regulating services determines that the value realization of ecological assets in Yingjing County is characterized by significant indirectness and institutional dependence,while material products and cultural services exhibit relatively high potential for market-based value transformation.In this paper,an analytical framework for ecological asset accounting and value realization pathways at the county scale was constructed,enriching research on ecological asset accounting and value realization in ecological function areas,and providing a reference for the design of ecological asset valuation and value realization pathways in similar mountainous,ecologically functional counties.关键词
