Abstract
To address the issue of interfacial gaps(debonding)between the self-compacting concrete(SCC)fill-ing layer andtrack slab in the CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track system, this paper systematically analyzes the causes of such defects through laboratory tests and field practices.First, from the perspective of material properties, the study investigates the influence of shrinkage characteristics, mix proportion design, and early-age strength gain of the SCC on interfacial bonding performance.Second, regarding construction techniques, the effects of casting methods, ambient temperature and humidity control, and fastener clamping pressure on the uniformity and compactness of the concrete are examined.Furthermore, incorporating the mechanisms of structural loading and deformation compatibility, the paper discusses the differential deformation between the track slab and the concrete layer,as well as the concentration stress phenomena.Based on these analyses, targeted preventive countermeasures are proposed, including the optimization of concrete mix proportions, the reinforcement of construction process control, and the improvement of curing regimes. This research provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for enhancing the construction quality of self-compacting concrete and mitigating the oc-currence of interfacial gaps.关键词
