Abstract
In the digital age,online public opinions concerning ecological environment exhibit characteristics such as high abruptness,emotional drive,diverse interactions,and complex evolution,making it a significant factor influencing environmental governance and social stability.Currently,the management of online public opinions concerning ecological environment in China still faces prominent issues,including misaligned management philosophies,inadequate response mechanisms,poor cross-departmental coordination,and disconnection between online and offline actions,which struggle to meet the demands of precise governance.Based on the evolution patterns and practical dilemmas of public opinions concerning ecological environment,a precise disposal system featuring tiered responses,categorized handling,and online-offline integration was constructed in this paper.It proposes improving safeguard mechanisms from three aspects:organization,institution,and technology,aiming to shift public opinion response from passive response to proactive early warning,from single-party management to multi-party co-governance,and from crisis handling to source governance.The research indicates that taking sincere responses as the foundation,targeted measures as the key,systemic integration as the support,and co-construction and sharing as the direction can effectively enhance the governance efficacy of online public opinions concerning ecological environment,providing practical references for ecological civilization construction and environmental risk prevention and control.关键词
