Practical Paths of Party-Building Navigation for Promoting High-Quality Development in Universities
摘要
Abstract
Upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership over universities is the fundamental guarantee for successfully running socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.In advancing the high-quality development of universities,implementing the Party-building navigation project requires a profound elucidation of the theoretical logic un-derlying Party-building navigation in this context.It also necessitates exploring practical paths in four key dimensions:strengthening political and ideological guidance,building a robust organizational and talent system,deepening the integra-tion of Party building with core institutional operations,and strictly enforcing discipline and work style construction.These efforts will drive the systematic innovation of working mechanisms and the substantive transformation of effective-ness,and construct a resilient guarantee system capable of self-optimization and a virtuous cycle of effectiveness.By do-ing so,it effectively promotes the deep integration and efficient coordination between Party building and university opera-tions,providing a strong political and organizational guarantee for building China into a leading nation in education.关键词
