Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of the Education Management Power List System
摘要
Abstract
The education management power list system is a vital institutional arrangement for deepening administra-tive system reform and standardizing the exercise of educational administrative power.It serves as a key lever for advanc-ing law-based governance in education.From the perspective of grassroots governance,this system is endowed with clearer authority-responsibility boundaries,operational procedures,and supervisory functions.Building on a systematic grasp of its core connotations and practical value,it is essential to:strengthen legal safeguards to promote standardiza-tion and law-based regulation of the lists;enhance multi-dimensional oversight to reinforce binding constraints;deepen process reengineering and grassroots empowerment to improve absorption and implementation capacity;and establish dy-namic adjustment mechanisms with long-term guarantees.These measures aim to continuously refine the power list sys-tem and elevate grassroots education governance efficacy.关键词
