王维峰教授基于"心脑从神"治神思想治疗脑病的经验探析
Professor Wang Weifeng's experience in treating brain disorders based on the"heart-brain following the spirit"thought for regulating the spirit

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory holds that"the brain is the house of the original spirit".The core pathogenesis of brain disorders lies in"dysregulation of the spirit mechanism".Therefore,"regulating the spirit"is the key to the diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders in TCM.Professor Wang Weifeng has over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience in TCM brain disorders,specializing in the treatment of stroke,insomnia,headache,dementia,and other brain conditions,with unique insights into their management.This paper systematically expounds the theoretical origin,theoretical innovation,and clinical practice of Prof.Wang 's"regulating the spirit"thought,clarifying the essential relation-ship among the"heart","brain"and"spirit".Prof.Wang Weifeng innovatively proposes the theory of"heart-brain follow-ing the spirit",breaking through the traditional cognitive paradigms of"heart-spirit","brain-spirit"and"heart-brain co-governing the spirit".He emphasizes the absolute dominant role of the"spirit"over life activities,with the heart and brain serving as its residences.He has established a systematic diagnostic and therapeutic system for"regulating the spirit"in brain disorders:for acute brain disorders,"awakening the spirit"is the priority,supplemented by unblocking the fu-organs;for chronic brain disorders,"nourishing the spirit"is essential,assisted by eliminating pathogenic factors;for mood-related brain disorders,"calming the spirit"is the foundation,accompanied by regulating qi activity.Adhering to the principle of"equal emphasis on acupuncture and herbal medicine",he has created formulas such as Xingnao Tongfu Sanfang,Yizhi De-coction,and Yangshen Anmian Decoction,as well as distinctive acupuncture methods including the"wisdom-enhancing and orifice-opening needling technique""brain-awakening and Du Mai-unblocking needling technique",and"spirit-calming and wisdom-enhancing needling technique".This system is complete in its principles,methods,formulas,and medicines,with proven clinical efficacy,fully embodying the TCM holistic concept of"unity of body and spirit,and coordi-nated regulation of the heart and brain".It provides important guidance and reference for the theoretical deepening and clinical practice of TCM encephalopathy.关键词
