Treatment of Pediatric Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome Based on the"One Qi Circulation"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Pediatric allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome is a comorbid condition of the same airway disease.However,modern medical treatment faces limitations,including strong medicine dependency and frequent adverse reactions.Based on HUANG Yuanyu's"one Qi circulation"theory,this paper proposes the CARAS framework.It is proposed that spleen deficiency and dysfunction induce the internal accumulation of phlegm and dampness,while pivot dysfunction triggers liver wind disturbance,lung failure,failure of kidney to receive Qi,and heart disturbance.This constitutes the pathological pattern characterized by a developmental process of middle earth stagnation,four-dimensional Qi counterflow,and latent phlegm accumulation.According to these characteristics,a therapeutic protocol has been established focusing on activating the middle earth,softening liver to extinguish wind,calming the heart and tranquilizing the spirit,along with reinforcing the kidney and invigorating the origin.Centered on Huanxiao Zhiqiu Formula to rebuild the central pivot,treatment is combined with Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Guomin Decoction to regulate Qi circulation,supplemented by Jinkui Shenqi Pills,enhanced with external treatment.This study offers a novel concept and reference for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome,accompanied by a validated case report for demonstration.关键词
