基于"标本根结"理论探讨针刺治疗中风后肢体麻木
Exploration of acupuncture treatment for post-stroke limb numbness based on the"meridian origin,root and termination"theory
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is the leading cause of death and disability in China.Its clinical manifestations include sudden col-lapse,loss of consciousness,and hemilateral numbness,among which limb numbness is a common sequela that severely af-fects patients ' quality of life.Post-stroke limb numbness is mostly attributed to the blockage of meridian qi,leading to sen-sory impairment in the limbs.The"meridian origin,root and termination"theory,originating from the Huangdi Neijing,is an important theory in traditional Chinese medicine.It not only complements and refines the content of the meridian system but also further emphasizes the connection between the limbs and the head,face,and trunk.By analyzing the pathophysiological relationship between the"meridian origin,root and termination"theory and post-stroke limb numbness,this paper explores its guidance for acupoint selection in treating this condition.It further proposes constructing a meridian qi circulation system of"meridian origin,root and termination",with the general treatment principle of"connecting the root to the termination,and linking the origin with the symptoms".Acupuncture is used to stimulate the meridian qi at the root and origin levels,regulate the qi and blood at the symptom and termination levels,re-establish the upward and downward transmission path-way of meridian qi,and ultimately achieve the therapeutic goal of"root-termination interconnection and origin-symptom re-inforcement".This dynamic balance of meridian qi and blood aims to alleviate post-stroke limb numbness.By analyzing the connection between the"meridian origin,root and termination"theory and post-stroke limb numbness,this paper provides new ideas for acupoint selection and treatment strategies,offering a reference for the clinical management of this condition.关键词
