固本培元灸联合钙尔奇D3治疗乳腺癌患者芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨质疏松症疗效观察
Efficacy observation of Strengthening the Foundation and Cultivating the Essence Moxibustion combined with Caltrate D3 on aromatase inhibitor-associated osteoporosis in breast cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Strengthening the Foundation and Cultivating the Essence Moxibustion combined with Caltrate D3 on osteoporosis(OP)induced by aromatase inhibitors(AIs)in breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients with pathologically confirmed estrogen receptor-positive and/or progesterone receptor-positive breast cancer who developed OP with liver and kidney deficiency pattern after AIs endocrine therapy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received oral Cal-trate D3(Haleon(Suzhou)Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.;each tablet containing calcium 600 mg and vitamin D₃ 125 IU),one tablet per dose,twice daily,for two consecutive months.Patients in the observation group received Strengthening the Foun-dation and Cultivating the Essence Moxibustion in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The moxibustion for-mula consisted of Huangqi 20 g,Dangshen 15 g,Baizhu 15 g,Fuling 20 g,Shanyao 20 g,Nvzhenzi 10 g,Tusizi 10 g,Bugu-zhi 10 g,Hanliancao 10 g,Xiangfu 10 g,Gancao 6 g,and Shancigu 12 g.The above herbs were ground into powder,mixed with ginger juice to form a paste,and made into herbal cakes approximately 3 cm in diameter and 0.3 cm thick,with a small hole punctured in the center.The herbal cakes were placed on Shenshu(BL23),Ganshu(BL18),and Mingmen(GV4)acu-points,and medium-sized moxa cones were placed on the cakes for moxibustion.Each session lasted 30 minutes,once daily,three times per week,for two consecutive months.The serum calcium levels,bone metabolism markers,TCM pattern scores,quality of life scores,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The levels of serum calcium,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),beta-isomerized C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(β-CTX),total procollagen type I,N-terminal propeptide(TPINP),N-terminal mid-fragment of osteocalcin(N-MID)and TCM pattern scores,quality of life scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the observa-tion group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the Foundation and Cultivating the Essence Moxibustion combined with Caltrate D3 can effectively regulate bone metabolism,improve TCM patterns and quality of life,with good safety,providing an effective integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment option for AIs-associated OP in breast cancer patients.关键词
