国医大师吕景山治疗哮喘的用药规律探究
Exploration in the Medication Rules of National Medical Master LYU Jingshan in the Treatment of Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the medication rules of national medical master LYU Jingshan in the treatment of asthma based on data mining techniques,and to provide evidence and references for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and pointwise mutual information(PMI)analysis were applied for data statistics and analysis.Results A total of 105 prescriptions were collected.The high-frequency herbs included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(Gancao),Raphani Semen(Laifuzi),Sinapis Albae Semen(Baijiezi),Platycodonis Radix(Jiegeng),and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus(Wuweizi).The herbs primarily acted on the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians,and were predominantly warm or cold in property and pungent in flavor.The paired combinations,such as Raphani Semen with Sinapis Albae Semen,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus with Asari Radix et Rhizoma(Xixin),Mori Cortex(Sangbaipi)with Lycii Cortex(Digupi),showed relatively high usage frequencies in asthma treatment.Cases with lung-qi deficiency pattern and mixed deficiency-excess pattern were more common.Association rule analysis showed that the support value for the combination of Sinapis Albae Semen and Raphani Semen was the highest,at 68.57%.Cluster analysis revealed that,under different clustering methods,the herbs exhibited various aggregation relationships based on their properties,flavors,meridian tropisms,functions,and indications.Conclusion National medical master LYU Jingshan,when treating patients with lung-qi deficiency pattern,emphasized the use of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Armeniacae Semen Amarum(Kuxingren)to supplement the lung,relieve cough,and calm dyspnea.For patients with mixed deficiency-excess pattern,he emphasized the use of Platycodonis Radix and Descurainiae Semen(Tinglizi)to diffuse the lung,relieve sore throat,promote diuresis,reduce edema,and regulate qi,so as to harmonize deficiency and excess.关键词
