重楼皂苷的抗肿瘤机制研究进展
Advances in Antitumor Mechanism of Polyphyllin
摘要
Abstract
As a common anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in clinical practice,Paridis Rhizoma has received increasing attention due to its active ingredients and pharmacological mechanisms.The main active ingredients in Paridis Rhizoma are steroid saponins,including total saponins,polyphyllin Ⅰ,polyphyllin Ⅶ,and polyphyllin D.According to modern pharmaceutical studies,their anti-tumor mechanisms mainly involve the synergistic effects of multiple layers and targets including inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and migration,blocking the tumor cell cycle progression,inducing apoptosis,regulating autophagy,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,remodeling the tumor microenvironment,reversing drug resistance,and chemosensitization.This paper reviews current research evidence,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and research insights for the in-depth development of polyphyllins and innovation of relevant anti-tumor medicines.关键词
