从"虚-滞-毒"论治胃癌前病变的研究进展
Research Progress on the Treatment of Precancerous lesions of Gastric Cancer from the Perspective of"Deficiency-Stagnation-Toxicity"

Abstract
Precancerous lesions of the stomach(PLGC)represent a crucial stage in the progression of normal gastric mucosa to gastric cancer.Effective intervention in PLGC is an important measure to reduce the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer(GC).Modern medicine mainly focuses on eradicating HP,supplementing trace elements,and endoscopic treatment,but it has some shortcomings such as uncertain therapeutic effects,limited scope,and single approaches.Based on the idea of"preventing disease before it occurs",traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique advantages in the intervention of PLGC.This article summarizes the theoretical framework of"deficiency-stagnation-toxicity"for ex-plaining the pathogenesis of PLGC occurrence and development and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment,systematical-ly sorts out the connotation of the"deficiency-stagnation-toxicity"theory,and summarizes its traditional and modern biological basis.Based on this theory,the latest progress in clinical research,experimental research and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions is presented,with the aim of providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the integrated prevention and treatment of PLGC with traditional Chinese and western medicine.关键词
