Exploring CHEN Yuqing's Stomach Disease Tuina Therapy for Functional Dyspepsia Based on Pivot Motion Theory

Abstract
This article aimed to explore the clinical application and academic value of CHEN Yuqing's stomach dis-ease Tuina therapy for functional dyspepsia(FD)based on the pivot movement theory.By sorting out the theoretical conno-tation of pivot movement,the etiology and pathogenesis of FD of liver-stomach disharmony type,and relevant literature on CHEN Yuqing's Tuina method,it analyzed the consistency between the two in theoretical understanding and treatment ideas.The pivot movement theory takes the middle earth of spleen and stomach as the axis,and liver,heart,lung and kid-ney as the pivot,emphasizing the mediation of the middle earth and the circulation of Qi.The core of the pathogenesis of FD of liver-stomach disharmony type lies in the wood restricting earth,stomach failing to descend and the disorder of de-scending and ascending of spleen and stomach,which can further affect the Qi movement of the Zang-Fu organs such as heart,lung and kidney.CHEN Yuqing's stomach disease Tuina therapy emphasizes soothing liver and stomach,regulating Qi movement,and its treatment approach is in line with the theory of"regulating the axis and pivot".The pivot movement theory can provide a more systematic theoretical explanation for CHEN Yuqing's stomach disease Tuina therapy for the treatment of FD of liver-stomach disharmony type,which helps to clarify the pathological basis,technique principles and clinical applications of stomach disease Tuina therapy for this disease.关键词
