农家肥类型与沙土比例对山兰菲类成分含量的影响

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the optimal types and mixing ratios of manure for enhancing the phenanthrene content in Oreorchis patens(Lindl.)Lindl.An L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was implemented,with the tested factors being manure type(chicken,cow,and pig),sand,and soil.Phenanthrene content was quantified using the colorimetric method,and the resulting data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0.The optimal volume ratios of manures(chicken,cow,and pig)to sand and soil for maximizing phenanthrene content were determined as follows:6∶2∶3;2∶1∶2;6∶2∶2,respectively.Although no significant difference was observed between the chicken and cow manure treat-ments,the phenanthrene content was higher with chicken manure than with cow manure.Both chicken and cow manure had significantly higher phenanthrene content compared to pig manure.Chicken manure is identified as the optimal manure for soil amendment in this context,with a recommended volume ratio of chicken manure,sand,and soil of 6∶2∶3.关键词
