The Impact of the Capital Flowing to Rural Areas on Farmers'Income

Abstract
Activating the effectiveness of capital flowing to rural areas to boost farmers'income growth is not only a key pathway for facilitating the two-way flow of urban-rural production factors and empowering rural industrial revitalization,but also a crucial practice in advancing inclusive development under the goal of common prosperity.From the perspectives of income growth and income distribution,using CLDS data from 2014,2016,and 2018,empirically examining the impact of leasing land and providing socialized services on farmers'income by DID model.The results indicate that there is heterogeneity in the impact of capital flowing to rural areas on the income level of farmers.Leasing land significantly increases the income level of farmers,while providing socialized services is the opposite;Capital flowing to rural areas is more beneficial for improving the income of high-income farmers,and it is necessary to be vigilant about the"Matthew effect"that arises within rural areas;Further research has shown that the effectiveness of providing socialized services in promoting agricultural income has been moderated by the quality of labor and the level of service market development since the existence of scenarios.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the principle of capital flowing to rural areas,establish a sound policy support and public service system,build a mechanism for connecting the interests of capital and farmers,improve the main position of farmers,and ensure that capital benefits and farmers'income increase.关键词
