Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,cultivating high-quality farmers serves as a crucial initiative to solidify rural talent support,advance agricultural and rural modernization,and achieve common prosperity,playing a vital role in foster-ing thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,effective governance,a civilized social atmosphere,and prosperous lives.Currently,China has achieved notable progress in cultivating high-quality farmers.Their comprehensive skills and digital operation literacy have improved significantly,new agricultural business formats and operating models continue to emerge,and demonstration and spillover effects are increasingly evident,establishing a positive pattern where key trained farmers drive broader regional development.However,practical challenges remain,including a low degree of alignment be-tween content supply and industrial demand,prominent structural contradictions in the teaching staff,and insufficient re-gion-specific design.To address these issues,strategic efforts should focus on refining the cultivation system for high-quality farmers,strengthening faculty development,improving policy support systems,and promoting the integration of industry and education.These measures will reinforce the rural talent support framework,providing a solid foundation of talent for com-prehensive rural revitalization.关键词
