Abstract
To address the issues of fragmented information,extensive scheduling,and delayed response in traditional irrigation district management,and to improve the efficient,intensive use of water resources as well as the modernized management capacity of irrigation districts,the smart irrigation district e-platform was developed.The platform adopted a technical architecture of microservices,platform-based services,and AI enablement.Leveraging core technologies such as a simulation engine and visualization models based on the domestic technology ecosystem,system algorithms integrating the characteristics of irrigation district management,thematic model libraries driven by multi-source remote sensing and intelligent algorithms,and an AI knowledge base driven by multi-source data fusion and large language models,the platform was closely integrated with irrigation district operations.It established a comprehensive intelligent application system covering the full chain of irrigation district management,including data aggregation,metering management,water resources allocation,water fee collection,engineering management,flood control,and drought relief.The platform has been applied in multiple irrigation districts,effectively supporting multi-source data aggregation and governance,precise water resources allocation,efficient water supply and water conservation management,and full-life-cycle engineering management.It improves water-use efficiency and management efficiency and strengthens flood control and drought relief capabilities,thereby providing a replicable and scalable solution for modernized irrigation district management in China.关键词
