The Coupling Logic,Practical Challenges,and Pathways for the Effective Integration of Rural Community Ecological Governance and Rural Revitalization

Abstract
The effective integration of rural community ecological governance with rural revitalization serves as a pivotal institutional mechanism that resolves the binary opposition between ecological conservation and industrial development,thereby promoting sustainable rural development and laying the foundation for comprehensive rural revitalization.From a coupling perspective,rural community ecological governance provides a natural capital base for rural revitalization,while the latter injects endogenous momentum into the former.Together,they form a synergistic system through value isomorphism,functional coupling,and bidirectional factor flows.Currently,this integration faces four challenges:the ambiguous allocation of responsibilities and powers among ecological governance entities,mismatches in ecological resource conversion mechanisms,insufficient alignment and efficacy of policy tools,and a rupture in the modern transformation of traditional rural ecological knowledge.To address these issues,efforts should be made to redefine the boundaries of responsibilities and powers among governance entities,refine mechanisms for the industrial conversion of ecological resources,build a collaborative framework for policy tools,and promote the creative transformation of traditional ecological knowledge.These measures will enable the efficient conversion of ecological advantages into developmental advantages,infusing sustained ecological momentum into rural revitalization.关键词
